How to Co-Wash Natural Black Hair

By Elle Paris If you wear your hair natural, you are probably familiar with co-washing, or washing the hair with conditioner only. Conditioner washing avoids harsh results from frequent washing with shampoos and helps to keep natural black hair soft and manageable. Co-washing can be done as often as you’d like, even several times a day (this is a plus for natural hair wearers in the hot days of summer). Oftentimes the question of “How do I co-wash my hair?” comes up. The answer would seem simple, but there are some steps you can take to get the most benefit from this technique and do it with ease. * First, find a conditioner that works for your hair type. Search online for keywords “hair types” and narrow your hair type down to one or two close categories. You may be a combo 3c and 4a. This will help you better understand which type of conditioner to purchase among the many available. * Get to know your ingredients. The long, hard-to-pronounce ingredients on the label can be overwhelming. But with familiarity, you can learn to spot which ingredients you want to keep and which you want to avoid. Ingredients like propylene glycol, cetyl alcohol and panthenol are common. Search online for ingredients lists. One such list can be found at http://sci-toys.com/ingredients/ingredients.html. * Recommended: Purchase an extended shower head/hose. Handheld shower heads with variable sprays offer the best control for rinsing the hair and are often well worth the investment. * Rinse the hair with warm water. Avoid water that is too hot (if it initially stings your back, it’s too hot). Cleansing results from the action of water plus cleanser (shampoo and/or conditioner) and agitation (hand movements through the hair). Warm water will clean hair well while hot water can be damaging. While rinsing with water, gently comb your hair with your fingers. * Apply your conditioner. This can be done in several ways. (1) Pour a line of conditioner into your hand (as opposed to pouring a dollop) and apply each line onto parted hair sections. Work the conditioner from the roots to the tips. Continue until all the hair is covered. (2) Squeeze your normal amount of conditioner into a large bowl, preferably plastic. With the shower head, add water to the bowl and mix the water and conditioner well with your hands. Bend your head over the bowl. With a cup or other small container, scoop up some of the mix and pour it onto your hair. You can then lean further over into the bowl and wash your hair with your hands directly over the bowl if you’d like. This allows for even coverage, but note that the conditioner will be more dilute. (3) Squeeze your normal amount of conditioner into a large clean spray bottle and mix with water. Shake well and spray liberally onto the hair. Again, this mixture will be more dilute than a direct application. This method is great for those who only have minutes to spare in the mornings. Make a large batch of diluted conditioner, spray your hair and rinse out after bathing. * Comb your hair with a wide-tooth comb with rounded-edge teeth. This step is optional, as there remains a debate as to whether combing while wet does more damage to hair than combing while dry. It has been said that combing while wet can stretch the hair past it’s longest point, thereby causing breakage. However, many who wear their hair natural report that combing while the hair is fully conditioned is the best time for them, as the hair is soft and pliable, leading to less breakage. In either case, comb hair gently by grabbing one small section at a time. Comb from the TIPS first, ensuring there are no snags then work your way to the roots. It’s ok if you cannot comb from root to tip in one stroke. The main idea is to ease tangles and distribute the conditioner evenly. * Allow the conditioner to set on your hair for at least a few minutes if possible. Both steam from the shower and the conditioner itself will work on your hair during this time. Give yourself a nice salt or sugar scrub while your hair is being conditioned. * Rinse your hair well, again with warm water. Ease your fingers through each section while the water flows through to remove any remaining conditioner. * Optional: Apply your hair products at this step — while your hair is dripping wet. Many naturals swear by this technique and believe the best absorption is gained at this time. At the least, your product(s) can be more evenly distributed throughout your hair while it is sopping wet. * It’s time to dry. Just as with the application, there are several ways to dry your hair. (1) Dry with a towel. Avoid rubbing your scalp and hair with a towel at all costs! Instead, simply dab and pat your hair dry, or grab sections and squeeze excess water into the towel. (2) Shake and go. Lay your towel across the back of your shoulders (lengthwise shoulder to shoulder). Grab the bottom corners of the towel and raise it up to your head, almost over your head. Think of Batman’s cape raised up as he jumps off a tall building! With the towel raised, shake your head from side to side (ear to shoulder) and left to right (like saying no), shaking excess water into the towel. This is what I call the “no touch” method. Sometimes drying the hair directly with a towel can remove products you’ve just applied, even helping to separate your freshly-formed coils and spirals. You want your coils to group together to avoid the frizzies. This method is perfect for the warmer months when you possibly can afford to go longer periods with damp hair. (3) Blow dry, but with care. When blow drying, the use of a diffuser is best. A diffuser will spread the heat from your dryer more evenly and minimize potential heat damage. You can find diffusers at most beauty supply stores at a minimal cost. If you do not have a diffuser, use the low heat or cool setting and blow dry from at least six inches from the furthest part of your hair. Remember, you are not trying to get the hair bone dry — just dry enough to style and go out. In summary, with the above methods you’ll find shampooing your hair by co-washing is a great alternative to traditional shampooing which can strip your hair of much needed oils and moisture. With just a touch of practice, getting in and out of the shower with a clean head of hair will take less time than applying your makeup, and your hair will benefit greatly from it. Stroke: Stroke Damage Treatment- Paralysis and Energy Healing

By Brent Atwater Suddenly you feel a portion of your body pause, lose sensation and stop functioning correctly. Your eyes may see double, your tongue might tingle, and your arm or leg may drag for few minutes. If these symptoms continue for a few minutes (15-20) you are having a stroke. Those are the symptoms of a TIA or Transient Ischemic Attack, known as a mini stroke. The sneaky part is that in both a TIA and a lesser stroke, the symptoms come and go for the lucky individual. If you can’t produce an even smile on both sides of your face, remember the date, or have continued numbness on one side of your body, go to the hospital emergency room immediately. You have a 3-hour window to have an opportunity to reverse any major damage. For those who exhibit and experience major impairment and who are unable to obtain immediate treatment, stroke damage may result in paralysis, nerve damage, and other dehabilitating symptoms. The good news is, usually in time, you can have some form of restored function in the areas of your body that were initially damaged. Acupuncture has recently been providing significant restorative results by improving some physical functions for stroke victims. According to CBC News, “The functional electrical stimulation rowing machine, developed by researchers in Edmonton and England, helps people with disabilities (paraplegics and others) enjoy the benefits of regular exercise.” As a medical intuitive and distance energy healer, energy healing is another modality that provides electromagnetic stimulation and shows great promise in treating and curing stroke damage and regenerating damaged nerves. By using directed electromagnetic bio molecular energy healing, we can reframe bio structures, ie nerve impulse generators and their neural pathways that direct your body’s physical functions to their initial blueprint of health. Neural pathways can be restructured so that those with paralysis can move their legs or arms. Numb extremities can be revived and regenerated to sensation. In several clients with stroke complications, after their cellular and neural connections were restored and regenerated, physical therapy was used to restrengthen their muscles that had weakened due to lack of use during the early stages of their rehabilitation. To date, various stroke symptoms and complications can be lessened or reversed with energy healing. Energy healing is cutting edge and is being clinically researched as a healing modality that shows great promise in assisting and restoring the physical health of those who have experienced a stroke. How to Catch My Cheating Wife

By Andrew Bicknell If you are asking yourself, How do I catch my cheating wife you may be getting ahead of yourself. If you have solid proof that your wife is already involved in an affair then you dont need to read any farther. If you are at a point in your marriage where you have that terrible feeling deep down inside that your wife is cheating then it may be time to start looking for the signs of infidelity. If the signs are there then it is time to find out the truth so that the emotional turmoil not knowing can be put to rest. For many men dealing with a wifes infidelity can be something they dont initially want to deal with. The emotional impact can be more than you want to handle and any decisions made to deal with the betrayal are entirely personal. Advice will come from any number of people including friends, family and coworkers but in the end only you know your true feelings on the issue and how best to deal with it. If you truly believe your wife may be cheating on you it is good to know the many tell tale signs to look for. Once you have established that things have changed then you can take the next step of getting the evidence needed and catch your cheating wife. Here are some of the signs to look for if you suspect your wife of having an affair. Diminished sense of intimacy If you get that sense that your wife just isnt interested in you then you may have a problem. This extends beyond the bedroom and into everyday life. If you used to have a sharing wife who talked to you about everything and shared intimate details about herself but she has suddenly seemed to distance herself from these intimate conversations then there may be reason to suspect her. When it comes to sexual intimacy this can play out two ways. She may no longer show any desire to be intimate with you or she may suddenly start a whole new sexual repertoire and a desire to try things she never wanted to do before. If this is something you have talked about, this new sexual gymnastics then this is probably not a problem, but if it just starts out of the blue it could be a sign that she is learning new things from someone else. A decrease in arguments When the intimacy goes you may also notice a change in what sets her off. Things that normally used to make her mad may no longer bring out her anger. This can be seen as a sign that she isnt much interested in what you are doing, even if its something that would usually make her mad. Changes in dress and appearance If your normally conservative wife suddenly starts to dress more provocatively or makes a drastic change in her physical appearance with a new haircut and spending more time putting on her make up before she leaves for the day it may be more than her just wanting to look good. This is particularly true if you compliment her on her new look but she just brushes you off. Less interest in friends and family If she starts spending less time with you and the kids for other activities that she attends alone you may need to start doing some investigating. This is also true if she isnt as active with her usual circle of friends and family members. Kids behavior changes Kids are extremely perceptive creatures and even though they may not say anything sudden changes in the way the react around their mom could have some meaning. They may not know exactly what is going on but they will react to changes in her behavior as well. Dealing with a cheating wife is something no man wants to have to go through. Once the signs of cheating become evident it is up to you to decide how to answer your original question, How to catch my wife cheating? Andalucian Matanza – A History

By Iain Macdonald Steeped in tradition, the annual humane pig sacrifice was carried out in every household in Andalucia up until very recently. It was the most common and economical way to ensure families had a supply of meat throughout the year. Although not for the faint hearted, most andalucian families still carry out the matanza today. It not only continues to provide meat for the year, but it is a strong Spanish tradition as well known as bull fighting, flamenco and indeed the Serrano Ham, which is the world famous result of this very process. The matanza is usually carried out during the month of November to take advantage of the cold weather ensuring that the meat products are conserved as best as possible. It also means that families are prepared for the coming winter months. The days of the matanza traditionally take place during the fiestas of local village saints allowing families to gather together for the occasion. Although the three days over which the matanza happens involves a lot of hard work, families are able to take advantage of their time together and the process is often thought of a fiesta in itself as everyone is together in the home enjoying each others company while they work and of course much eating and drinking takes place along the way. Nowadays, the actual act of sacrificing the pig has to be carried out in the abattoir under strictly controlled conditions. Only when the vetinary inspectors are satisfied, can the family take their pig home to carry out the rest of the process. In the past however, the whole process took place in the home or on a family plot of land. Day one of the matanza started very early in the morning with all the family members gathered together usually indulging in a drop or two of local wine to fortify themselves for the task ahead! If required, often people with more experience such as the slaughterer and his assistants would also be present to ensure the act of sacrificing the pig was carried out correctly. The first and often most difficult task was to get the pig up onto the specialist large wooden table. Usually done by the strongest male members of the family, they would hoist the pig up and hold it in place to allow the slaughterer to do his duty. Not an easy task given the size and weight of an animal unwilling to cooperate! The sacrifice was done by the slaughterer stabbing the pig in the neck with a large metal spike. This allows the blood to flow from the animal down into a large bowl known as a lebrillo. From this point on, little has changed over time and the next stages of the process are still done today as they were in times past. While the blood is flowing into the bowl one of the female members of the family suitably dressed in an apron, protective hair covering and latex gloves has the dedicated task of stirring the blood continually with her hands. The blood must be kept moving continuously to ensure it does not clot and the most effective way is by hand. Although quite a tedious task, it must be done by someone with experience because if the blood is allowed to clot, it will be wasted and the family will have no black pudding, which is the principal use for the blood. Eventually after some time, a fine fibre like mesh forms between the hands which is then discarded (probably the only part of the animal not used.) The remaining blood will now stay in its liquid form and is placed in a large pot and kept cool until it is time to make the black pudding (morcilla). The next task is to move the pig onto a specialist trough artesa. Nearby a large pot of water would be already boiling and the water is poured over the animal. The skin is removed and the pig is thoroughly cleaned. Once skinned and cleaned, the animal is moved to the coldest part of the house where it is hung and cut lengthwise down the middle and opened up. Next, the intestines are removed and cleaned. In the past this was traditionally done in natural running water such as a spring or a river. The intestines are then emptied and the skin is wiped down with flour, lemon and vinegar on both sides and cleaned off again. Once cleaned, it is placed in tins or pots with pieces of lemon until it is time to make the charcuterie products such as morcilla and chorizo. The offal is also removed at this point and used, along with the fat of the pig to make the very fortifying traditional migas matanceras This is a typical dish eaten during the matanza and is a simple recipe of flour fried in oil or fat along with the offal. It is warming, very filling and quite greasy but perfect for cold days and ideal to soak up all the wine consumed on the first morning! During the first day, it is custom to prepare the onions and the smell of cooking onions throughout villages indicates that the matanza has begun. For each pig you need 4 arrobas of onions (one arroba is about 11.5 kilos) which is an awful lot of onions! Two or three women have the unenviable task of peeling and cutting all those onions. They too start very early as the onions have to be peeled, cut and cooked before the end of the first day. The onions are cooked in a large pot, usually over the fire and stirred with an enormous wooden spoon. It takes a few hours to cook all 46 kilos! Once cooked, the onions are placed in large sacks and hung overnight, this allows all the liquid to drain away in preparation for the black pudding which is made on day two. The first task on day two is to take the pig apart and separate it into the different cuts; head, ears, shoulders and front legs(paletillas), jamones (hind legs), loin, ribs, spine, trotters and the fat. While the men busy themselves with their task, the women begin to make the morcilla or black pudding using the onions and blood from day one. The black pudding is a welcome dish eaten at the end of the day full of nuts and spices. Whatever is left can be conserved for later use. The jamones and paletillas must contain no blood whatsoever. In order to achieve this, a clean cloth is placed over the leg and very strong pressure is applied by pressing down on the cloth with the hands and squeezing out any remaining blood. The jamones and paletillas are prepared for curing. Along with the spine and the trotters, they are placed in a small artesa or trough and covered in salt. After two days, the spine and trotters are taken out and the salt shaken off. They are put in the bodega, usually a cellar or cool back room to dry out and there they stay until at least March. The hams remain in salt for a longer period, usually one day per kilo. The salt is then removed and they are hung in the bodega and left to cure for about 12-14 months. The ribs are sliced up and mixed with cinnamon and lemon and left for a day or two in pots to marinade. They are then fried in oil and placed in airtight jars for future use. The loins are conserved in a similar way. Cut into large chunks, they are fried and stored in jars with olive oil. This method of conserving the loin has become a famous local dish known as lomo do orza, orza being the name of the ceramic pot traditionally used to store the loin. The third day is reserved for making the charcuterie products of which there are quite a few, chorizo, salchichon, salchicha, butifarras, lenguados, rellenos and sobrasada. The well known phrase, The only thing you cannot eat from a pig is its squeak, is very true in the case of the Andalucian Matanza. Nothing is wasted and the products made during this three day fiesta are either eaten during the course or are conserved for use during the coming months. Feeling Depressed? Eat More Protein

By Nick Fagan On January 5th 2006 researchers annouced their studies, they learned that protein p11 plays a key role in depression. Protein p11 appears to regulate signaling of the brain chemical Serotonin. In so many studies done before Serotonin has been linked with depression and also anxiety disorders. The funny thing is Serotinon is what nearly every anti-depressant is made to regulate, including Prozac. Whats the difference between protein p11 and Prozac you ask? Prozac uses compounds called SSRIs, which increase levels of Serotonin in your body. These compounds interact with 14 different serotonin receptors. Prozac stimulates some of the receptors that cause negative side effects, p11 does not interact with these receptors. So is this the end all cure all? Maybe, some people react differently, If you do not experience any positive effects from anti-depressants then you can try Paxil. Which aims at the future of antidepressants targeting the 5-HT receptors, which cause very few side effects. !Entreprenuer Alert! Since p11 is a natural (organic) chemical it can not be patented! Using p11 in future antidepressants will soon be huge. The funds to get such a business started are unknown, but you could do some research and some deep pocket investing to be the first to jump on this market. Excerpt from Sacred Love Book – Finding Stillness

By Christopher Walker The speed of life is complex, exciting and wonderful, but if this is at the cost of love, then the ego has won and love has lost. In our modern world this ego can easily overtake love so we must learn to stop, really stop and be still with our beloved, to turn up. So learning the art of stillness is a major key to sustaining sacred relationships amongst this busy-ness. Stillness is the lifeblood of our relationship, and with stillness there is honesty, love and surrender. The stillness in which love can exist requires that you know how to cease thinking and worrying and striving, to let nature caress your heart and soul. Can you stop running? Can you forget about the mortgage, the rent, the fat on your belly, oil in your hair, the spot on your face, the next deal, the kids at school, the yoga backbend, what people think of you, and just be? Because this is how to find love. Underneath all the struggle there is love. Your lover, that beautiful soul who is waiting for you to come back to stillness. It is there, always, behind the drama, the ambition, the strain. Dont wait for a personal tsunami to make you aware of the power of stillness. Find it, just 10 minutes each morning, and eventually youll learn how to find it anytime, anywhere. What we need to do most is stop. Stop the rush, the wanting, the needing. Kill the expectations, just for one minute in silence, the TV off, the silence on, anywhere, anytime. Stop, then let it happen by itself, fall into love. The ego hates the idea of stopping, so it even makes excuses like, Ooh I am too busy or Ooh, you did this to me. There are just thousands, millions of ego tricks, because to be emotionally and mentally naked, to sit in silence, means all your self doubt and mind stuff will be there to see. The thought that our self-deception, our masks of no earthly use, are going to be uncovered, witnessed by somebody ourselves in particular is terrifying. To fall in love through the art of stillness is more about what you dont do than what you do. You dont try, you dont expect, you dont want, you dont need, you dont hope, you just dont. In that moment of not doing, when you actually stop everything, then love is there. It is a ritual at first, but eventually a skill to create the sort of focus where you and the object of your love, no matter what you are doing, become one. Through the practice and mastery of inner stillness, we can choose to be available for love at any time. We achieve this by simply diving past the ego, through the layers of emotion and fears, straight to the core that sits within. It is a hard path, because it is direct. This spontaneous act of falling in love is an essential asset for any sacred relationship. The keys to this direct path to love are in learning to focus on the object of the moment, and be totally present and not distracted when with your lover. It may be confrontational at first, but eventually, this experience of falling in love will become a permanent experience, always behind the reality of everyday life. When you commit to be open, you can truly fall back in love any time you choose. We go straight past the ego, past the intellect, and we fall back in love because there is no expectation, no resistance, no question, nothing to defend or protect, no I or me; there is just love. There is no reason, so there is no resistance. Becoming available to fall in love over and over with your beloved requires that you create the space, the openness for love to exist. If you can master this art, then you can choose to make it last one second, or a lifetime. No matter what the circumstances, whether you are single or in your relationship, you can fall in love again and again. It is the most beautiful art, the most profound education. Becoming available does not depend on circumstances, but draws us straight to the moment of love. Then there is no memory needed, there is no hoping for a special circumstance, or event. Then, whether you are laying in each others arms, or separated forever, love can be celebrated in all its beauty. You can become available to fall in love every moment you choose. New love, old love, young love, sweet love, sacred love. It is simple really. You just need to know how to get out of your own way, switch off the protection, change modes, and you are there. Love is independent of your thinking and emotions. If you can find love through the art of stillness, you will have found the secret to unconditional love, and the solution to all of lifes challenge. Then, no matter where you are, no matter what is happening you can know that love is in your heart. A love that lasts forever; stillness where you, your beloved and all that surrounds you become one, in love. Love is natural let nature be your guide. When was the last time you and your lover lay naked on the grass on a starlit night, looked up at the heavens in silence, and opened your hearts to love without action? In nature, that first moment you met is brought back into your heart, and you remember how it was, before relationship interfered. You remember how it was to fall without mind, without expectation, into the arms of true love, in that sacred moment you met. Under the canopy of the stars dreams are free, life is infinitely long, and there cannot be a worry in any human heart. Lying there on the soft grass, looking out from our tiny home, the perfection is obvious even to a troubled soul. Underneath that umbrella, our world, our life, our religions sit. We build things, collect things, fall in love and fall out of love, we live and we die, under that canopy. And we look up and wonder at it all. Our ego says, I am important yet, under this vista, looking out from our tiny earth, there is an obvious contradiction. Although I think, I am free, I am not free to disobey the laws that make all this magnificence function. The ants in their ant nest have laws. They live a short time, and in that time, they must survive. Their laws dont change the stars, or the universe, but their laws make being an ant possible. We are ants, but we think our laws are divine laws. Every religion thinks their watch tells heavenly time. But like the ants, our laws just make being a human possible. There are bigger things at stake than our conflicting arguments of which God is the right God, and which law is the right law. Under the canopy of the stars one can reach out way beyond this little perspective of life, and embrace all the emotions of life as mere fragments of the whole story. The diversity of humanity becomes a unity if you can reach beyond the ego. This is the only way. To understand the whole of creation, not just a self-determined fragment of it, one can look to understand the constants that exist both here on earth and out there in the stars. These are the universal laws. They cannot be preaching a morality, such is the domain of the religious leaders, politicians and philosophers, making our nest habitable. No, those laws exist impartially. The terrorist, the rapist, the angel and the yogi are all humble to those laws, whether morally right or wrong, and we are all under this one canopy and equally worthy of love. Open your heart to witness those laws in a way that you, an ant in this anthill, might begin to understand the whole picture, rather than become obsessed with an adhesion to a fragment of it. The premise is that all the fragments, the religions, the philosophies, and processes of life are valid in their context. But none tell the whole story, therefore, none alone can stand real scrutiny. This is why we defend them with vengeance. Look up and see the universe, see your lives, your religions, and your world in a bigger context, a great and magnificent order. An order that pervades every molecule of existence, every moment of activity, every action known as history, and every vision known as the future. There can be no escape from that magnificent viewpoint. From star stuff we come, to star stuff we go. Lying there far away from the claustrophobia of air-conditioned offices, digitised button pushing, your car, television, microwave and thoughts. Let your individuality fall away, become more and more part of something magnificent, less and less questioning of what is possible or best. Be alive; this is the world of nature. Let your mind and heart wander, stay warm, lie next to that beautiful soul, your lover, beloved, the one who has blessed you with their humanity, sent to be with you, |in this moment right now, with all their totally perfect inadequacies and know that you are the luckiest person on earth. Restaurant Gift Cards

By Jimmy Sturo People love to receive restaurant gift cards because most everyone loves to be treated to dinner. They make a great gift for young and old alike and can be given for any special occasion – such as birthdays, religious holidays, anniversaries, weddings, and so on – or just to say thank you. The popularity of restaurant gift cards has doubled since 2002. In a busy world where families have little time for fun and recreation, what better gift to give than an evening out without having to spend money on a meal? Most all restaurants offer gift cards, and many offer them online. The values usually range from $10 to $100 depending on the establishment. Companies often take advantage of buying restaurant gift cards in bulk to treat their employees on holidays or for outstanding performance awards. This not only favors the company that purchases the cards, but it inevitably helps the restaurant if the meal is good. People tend to go back to restaurants where they know they will get a good meal every time. Usually, if the entire amount is not used on the first visit, the balance will carry for another time. The card can also be purchased in increments. For example, instead of giving a $100 card, give four $25 cards. Make sure you check with the restaurant ahead of time to make sure the card is valid for the date you would like to go. There are instances, holidays for example, when the card might not be honored. Gift Cards provides detailed information on gift cards, restaurant gift cards, online gift cards, gas gift cards and more. Gift Cards is affiliated with Online Gift Certificates. Jews to Receive Jesus as Israel’s King!

By David Ben-Ariel Is there strong indication in the Bible that Israel will have a change of heart and accept Yeshua because of the preaching of two prophets in Jerusalem, the Two Witnesses announced in Zechariah 4 and Revelation 11? Will the Jews grasp Jesus is the Anointed One, the Lamb and Lion of God, and finally convert? Yes! There is definite proof of such as Yeshua clearly said He wouldn’t return to Jerusalem, Judah or the Jews until they have a change of heart and welcome Him. The Two Witnesses, in the power and spirit of Elijah (who is dead and buried and awaits the First Resurrection), will prepare the way by preparing our people to receive our King! Matthew 23:39 39 for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!’ Zechariah the prophet foresees such a long-awaited repentance and recognition! The Jews in Jerusalem will perceive that the Pierced One is the Firstborn of Judah and the Firstborn of God — our King Messiah! Zechariah 12:10-15 10 “And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn. 11 In that day there shall be a great mourning in Jerusalem, like the mourning at Hadad Rimmon in the plain of Megiddo. 12 And the land shall mourn, every family by itself: the family of the house of David [political establishment] by itself, and their wives by themselves; the family of the house of Nathan by itself, and their wives by themselves; 13 the family of the house of Levi [religious establishment] by itself, and their wives by themselves; the family of Shimei by itself, and their wives by themselves; 14 all the families that remain, every family by itself, and their wives by themselves. Yeshua, first and foremost, is the King of the Jews, the King of Israel (all Twelve Tribes of Israel). Yeshua is coming back specifically to keep alive God’s physical promise to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and our Israelite forefathers who left Egypt: the iron-clad promise that the Fathers will always have some survivors, some physical remnant, beyond any shadow of a doubt. The cities of Judah will hear this message loud and clear: Matthew 24:22 22 And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elects sake those days will be shortened. Romans 11:28 28 Concerning the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but concerning the election they are beloved for the sake of the fathers. Leviticus 26:44-45 44 Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, nor shall I abhor them, to utterly destroy them and break My covenant with them; for I am the LORD their God. 45 But for their sake I will remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that I might be their God: I am the LORD. We are the physical elect, the physical Chosen People — primarily the British-Israelites and Jews, Joseph and Judah — for whose sakes’ those days will be cut short by divine intervention or we would all be history and Satan could say God is a liar. But God’s Word is good and true and He will prepare our people by a baptism of repentance by the Two Witnesses, speaking to our captive audience from Jerusalem (having been conquered by the German-Jesuit EU), giving us the GOOD NEWS that our personal lord and NATIONAL SAVIOR, our NATIONAL DELIVERER, is coming soon to save us. It is this glorious GOOD NEWS that I share within the first chapter of Beyond Babylon: Europe’s Rise and Fall, appropriately called: “Survival Guaranteed!” David Ben-Ariel is a Christian-Zionist writer and author of Beyond Babylon: Europe’s Rise and Fall. With a focus on the Middle East and Jerusalem, his analytical articles help others improve their understanding of that troubled region. Check out the Beyond Babylon blog.
